Who we are
TJ Zango Technologies Nigeria Ltd (RC 1876862) is a private company limited by shares, incorporated in Nigeria on 23 December 2021. Our registered office is at No. 44, Goron Dutse, along Aminu Kano Way, Kano, Kano State, Nigeria. For the purposes of the NDPA we are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect the details you type in: your full name, company name (if given), email address, phone number, the division you are interested in, your budget range and the content of your message.
We also record the date and time the form was submitted so we can respond in order and keep a record of the enquiry.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal information such as health, religious, political or financial account details through the contact form.
Why we collect it and our lawful basis
We use the information you give us to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or quotation if you ask for one, and keep a record of our communications with you. Under the NDPA our lawful basis is that processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
We will not use your contact details to send marketing messages unless you have separately agreed to receive them, and you can withdraw that agreement at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 24 months from the date of your last message to us, then deleted. Where an enquiry leads to a contract, we keep the related correspondence for the life of the contract and for six years afterwards to meet our accounting and legal obligations.
Your rights
Under the NDPA you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to ask us to delete it or restrict how we use it, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to receive your information in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@tjzango.com. We will respond within the time allowed by law. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
Security
This website is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to enquiries is limited to staff who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
